Submit IdeaMobile investor portal
Currently, the Repool web application for investors is only accessible on the web on desktop or laptop style devices, and cannot be accessed meaningfully on mobile devices. Because investors often wish to check on investment performance for their allocations, Repool or otherwise, on their mobile device, it would be an enhancement for investors if they had mobile portal access. Do you think the mobile portal should be view only or allow investors to request withdrawals? What about if it shoudl be a literal appin the app store vs merely mobile friendly? Comment below! 👇

Basic white-labeling (logo upload)
For managers who have a custom logo or a brand, it would be nice if such clients could upload their own logo and have the portal show the logo, either or both on the manager platform and/or the investor facing platform and fund landing page.

Managers with multiple team members may have differing requirements for view-only vs access to certain pages vs entire platform access. What are user permissioning use cases you might want? Comment below

Data room, communication, and/or other engagement analytics & tracking
Currently, Repool has a data room in which items can be shared to investors, but there are also other current and future "engagement" communications, such as investor invites and financial statements, that current or prospective investors interact with. Tools like email tracking eSign platforms and venture startup fundraising data room tools provide analytics at a detailed level for the sender, such as: Total views Time spent Date/time of each engagement Geography of IP of each engagement And other similar such details which allow the sender to assemble a more complete picture of what exactly is happening with a given person. Not all of these would be appropriate for every interaction, but the general theme of "give me details on what the investors is doing with [thing] that they receive relating to the fund" could be useful.

Mobile subscription flow
Currently, prospective subscribers must be on the web app in order to access and complete the digital subscription flow (Warp). However, some investors prefer mobile and it would be helpful if such investors were able to complete some or all of the subscription flow on mobile. Do you have thoughts on how helpful this would be to you and your investors? Comment more details below! 👇

View multiple capital accounts as investor
Currently, investors can only view their investments and corresponding returns on a net basis in the web platform (they can view capital account specific performance in financial statements, still). It would be a superior experience for investors if they were able to see each individual capital account, its performance, and take actions such as redemptions, specific to a capital account, all in the native Repool application!

Show when the last "send reminder" email was sent to investors
The ability to send reminder emails to investors who are in "Invited" or "Subscription in Process" status is great! I use it frequently (at least 2x per week). I currently track when I'm using it in a google sheet to ensure I don't over inundate an investor or hurt the email domain strength. If we could see when the last email reminder was sent from the Repool fundraising dashboard, it'd be really helpful.

Post-subscription investment instructions flow
Many Repool clients and investors are first time hedge fund managers and investors, as many clients are emerging managers. The flow of funds, timing, and such relating to what happens post-susbcription is not necessarily extraordinarily intuitive or obvious to such persons. Repool can provide digital based timelines and guidance as to exactly what happens once a subscription is submitted with respect to KYC, counterexecution and approval, wire timing, and acceptance into NAV, to provide a clearer and better investor experience, which in turn helps managers better service investors and get fewer questions.

Expanded "Contacts" page/CRM-type functionality
Repool currently has a "Contacts" page with contact profiles and fields, notes, etc, but it does not quite serve as a CRM. It could be useful to expand the ability to treat Repool contacts more like contacts in a CRM, with features such as: Email integration to Gmail/outlook and email logging Custom field creation Information history Activity logging Contact types and stages Reporting Etc. Do you think making Repool have more robust CRM-like functionality would be helpful? If so, upvote this and leave a comment about any specific functionality/features/ideas you may have!

Allow Repool investor portal to be embedded/more seamlessly integrated on other websites (e.g. fund manager's own website)
Many fund managers and/or hedge funds have some form of website or web presence. Allowing iFrame or an equivalent function would allow managers to embed Repool's investor facing page directly into their website. This would allow investors to view the entire Repool Investor page, including performance, within the fund's website. This would allow managers to promote their fund's brand and be more convenient for investors.
